Larry Downs began building custom decks in 1984, and installing pools in 1990. Downs Decks became a full time business in 2004 when Larry became a distributer for Imperial Pools Inc. In 2006, he began selling Royal Spas. With more than 30 years of experience, Larry prides himself on offering high quality work at a reasonable rate for those he serves.
